Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch:
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if not yet dispatched.

- Full refund will be processed for successfully cancelled orders.
After Dispatch:
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- You may refuse delivery, but return shipping charges may apply.
- Perishable items cannot be returned once dispatched.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- Damaged Products: If products arrive damaged or broken.
- Wrong Items: If you receive incorrect items.
- Quality Issues: If products do not meet our quality standards.
- Missing Items: If items from your order are missing.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Products consumed or opened (unless defective)
- Delay in delivery due to incorrect address provided
- Products past their best-before date due to customer delay in receiving
- Damage caused after delivery

- Verification: Our team will verify your claim within 2 business days.
- Resolution: Once approved, we will process your refund or send a replacement.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Bank processing times may vary (additional 3-5 business days).
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
Replacement Policy
- For damaged or wrong items, we offer free replacement.
- Replacement will be dispatched within 2 business days of approval.
